Customer Success Manager-马来北京全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically adept Customer Success Manager with a strong background in Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI to join our team. This is a critical, on-site role responsible for managing our key account projects, leading the deployment team, and ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of our AI solutions. You will be the primary face of our company to our most important international clients and the crucial liaison between the customer and our Beijing-based product and engineering teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a passion for technology, fluent in English, and eager to drive customer success in a dynamic, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead On-site Project Delivery: Manage and oversee the end-to-end delivery of key account projects at the client's location, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
2. Manage Deployment Teams: Lead, mentor, and coordinate the on-site technical team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
3. Drive Customer Success: Ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes through the effective use of our products and solutions. Proactively identify opportunities to drive product adoption, value realization, and expansion.
4. Act as the Voice of the Customer: Serve as the primary communication bridge between the client and our Beijing headquarters (Product, R&D, and Solution teams). Clearly articulate customer requirements, feedback, and business needs.
5.Technical Consultation: Leverage your deep understanding of LLMs and cloud technology to provide expert guidance, address technical challenges, and propose effective solutions that align with the client's strategic goals.
6.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within the client's organization.职位要求Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
1. Experience: 5-8 years of experience in a Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Project Management role within the B2B technology sector.
2. Technical Acumen: Solid technical background and demonstrable experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and/or cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
3. Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
4. International Mobility: Willingness and ability to work long-term on-site at client locations overseas.
5. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)
1. Key Account Management: Proven experience managing Key Accounts (KA) or enterprise-level clients.
2. Pre-sales Experience: Previous experience in pre-sales activities, including solution design, scoping, and proposal development for international clients.
3. Big Tech Background: Work experience at a major cloud service provider or leading AI company (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, OpenAI, etc.).
4. Project Management Certification: PMP, CSM, or similar certifications are a plus.投递
