Role Overview
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and execute high-impact campaigns that drive lead generation, nurture engagement, and elevate CRANK’s digital presence. This role is pivotal in building referral pathways, engaging NDIS participants directly, and creating compelling video-led content across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Referral Pathways
- Design and execute lead generation and nurture campaigns targeting provider referral pathways including support coordinators, therapists, and allied health professionals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine messaging and targeting based on referral behaviour insights
Ndis Participant Campaigns
- Develop and manage B2C direct lead generation campaigns targeting NDIS participants via social media and digital channels.
- Build and optimise nurture sequences to convert leads into active participants.
YouTube & Video Strategy
- Create and manage a powerful YouTube presence, including channel strategy, content calendar, and performance analytics.
- Develop a video-led campaign program that showcases CRANK’s services, participant stories, and educational content.
Video Case Studies & Media Assets
- Produce high-quality video case studies and testimonials for use across all marketing campaigns.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to script, shoot, and edit media assets that resonate with diverse audiences.
Website Conversion & Content
- Collaborate with the web team to refine website conversion points, landing pages, and content strategy.
- Implement A/B testing and analytics to improve user experience and lead conversion.
CRM & Marketing Automation
- Fully utilise Active Campaign to manage customer journeys, automate nurture flows, and track campaign performance.
- Maintain clean data hygiene and segmentation for targeted outreach.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Excellent written communications skills including developing email, printed and other content
- Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in health, education, or NDIS-related sectors.
- Strong expertise in Active Campaign or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Demonstrated success in video content creation and YouTube channel management.
- Experience with social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube) and analytics.
- Excellent customer communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications and Marketing or related field
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with NDIS participant needs and referral ecosystems.
- Experience working with disability services or community organisations.
- Creative storytelling and video production skills.
