Our group has 60 years of history and we started a business in Korea from 2013.

Now 4 brand (Rene Furterer, Avene, Klorane and Ducray) proudcts are sold in different channels in Korea.

Your Mission

Order to Cash (AR) 

Responsible for OTC process

    Collections, AR/AP offsets, AR reconciliation and AR aging

Monitor and manage timely collection of AR 

Customer credit limit management 

Intercompany Re-Invoicing

Timely and effective communicate with internal departments (like commercial, operations) 

Treasury

Prepare local and overseas payments

IC netting including BOK submission

Management of bank account 

Cash Reconciliation

Cash Forecast Reporting

In charge of cash related reporting to HQ

Month End Closing

Sales and AR related journal entries and calculations

Support manager with month end closing 

Balance Sheet Reconciliation

Vat

 VAT reconciliation and filing 

 Good understanding of local statutory 

Assist manager with external audit and tax filling
