We are looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to join our growing team—someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the HVAC sector,
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and key accounts, to expand market presence,
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and key decision-makers in potential client organizations,
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands,
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to provide insights for product development and sales strategy adjustments,
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting, prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively,
- Knowledge about commercial products (such as commercial boiler etc.).
Qualifications
- Graduated from relevant Engineering departments of universities (Preferably Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering,
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in project follow-up and sales in sectors such as HVAC, Building Materials, Energy, etc.,
- Experienced in portfolio management,
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics and MS Office programs,
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Possesses strong negotiation and persuasion skills,
No Travel Restrictions,
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Istanbul.
