AA is implementing a new delivery model, and we’re seeking Senior Business Analysts to play a pivotal role in our value stream squads. You’ll work in cross-functional teams alongside Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and Testers, with Value Stream Leads setting outcomes and partnering with Product Owners to prioritise the work. As a Senior BA, you’ll collaborate closely with the PO and the team to deliver solutions that drive meaningful outcomes for our members and the organisation. 

What You’Ll Do:

• Lead discovery and definition of business needs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and value stream priorities across initiatives and epics. 
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional and platform teams, championing user-centric and lean practices throughout the delivery lifecycle. 
• Mentor and uplift the BA community, sharing expertise and embedding best practices. 
• Promote continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance value delivery. 
• Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, managing expectations and ensuring transparent communication. 

What You’Ll Bring:

• 8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 2 years at Senior BA level in a corporate environment. 
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills. 
• Proven ability to deliver successful outcomes using agile and traditional methodologies. 
• Strong proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, with a data-driven approach. 
• Experience applying Design/Lean Thinking principles and working knowledge of tools like Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
