Project Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365

Our immediate priority is the delivery of a D365 project for our largest and most complex business unit (BU). Given the sensitivity and complexity of this initiative, we require a candidate who can credibly challenge solution designs, manage high-stakes coordination, and ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, business units, and project teams, ensuring clear communication and effective project execution.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the implementation and enhancement of MS Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring projects meet business objectives efficiently and on time.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive financial operations, reporting improvements, and compliance alignment through MS Dynamics 365.
• Take ownership and accountability for project timelines, deliverables, risk management, and overall quality.
• Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment on project goals, while providing strong guidance on both business and compliance requirements.
• Immediate Project Focus: Lead the D365 project for the largest and most complex BU, including:
• Credibly challenging SI solution designs, estimates, and assumptions to ensure robust solutions.
• Navigating the D365 ecosystem, including ISVs, LCS telemetry, data migration, and testing processes.
• Coordinating business and delivery teams with a strong understanding of business operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, providing mitigation strategies and escalation when necessary.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend process improvements to enhance project delivery and platform adoption.
• Credibly challenging SI solution designs, estimates, and assumptions to ensure robust solutions.
• Navigating the D365 ecosystem, including ISVs, LCS telemetry, data migration, and testing processes.
• Coordinating business and delivery teams with a strong understanding of business operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager with expertise in MS Dynamics 365 (preferably within Supply Chain and Finance modules).
• Strong project management skills with a solid understanding of Dynamics applications and implementation processes.
• Strong knowledge of financial operations and business processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly proactive, assertive, and results-oriented, with a track record of delivering projects on time.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and effectively manage C-level interactions.
