Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, especially those in the commercial vehicle industry.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable loan products and services.
Educate customers on loan processes and benefits, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Achieve individual and team sales targets for SARAL LOANS.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive loan solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan applications.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase loan awareness.
A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a relationship management or sales role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of loan products and the ability to explain complex financial concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse customer base.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Willingness to travel for business purposes and attend industry events.
Strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
A valid driving license may be an added advantage.
