Equipment Maintenance Engineer

岗位内容：

• Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance理解并严格遵守公司的规章、制度、政策、说明、流程，以确保行为表现符合公司的期望并能达到工作绩效的要求以避免产生不必要的冲突
• Responsible for maintenance documentations management, such as original machines documents from OEM, repairing / preventive maintenance records, root cause analysis, updating / modifications documents负责设备维护信息的资料管理，包括设备原始资料、维修及预防性维护记录、设备故障根本原因分析等的收集、整理及更新
• Prepare and update document of maintenance, e.g. SOP of maintenance, working instruction of daily check and preventive maintenance制定并更新维护资料，如日常点检及预防性维护的标准作业流程、作业指导书
• Schedule and executive preventive maintenance plans to ensure all equipment run in good and controlled condition制定并协调实施设备的预防性维护计划及实施，确保设备运行良好
• Prepare and manage spare parts to meet the requirement of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting制定设备备件的采购计划并加以管理，满足预防性维护及日常维修需要
• Technology support to maintenance technician when break down happen.日常维修时对维修人员提供技术支持
• Control maintenance cost under annual budget控制设备维修费用在预算范围内
• Establishing and maintaining data base of equipment, archive all relative documents into DB, include facilities files, equipment maintenance, investments, meeting memo, etc.建立并维护设备管理数据库，并做好相关文件的存档
• Collecting information and preparing proposal for machine overhauling / rebuilding to reach new request. To participate or lead investigation and implementation of machines improvement, modification, relocation and investment.收集设备状态及相关信息，提供设备大修、改造的解决方案。参与或负责设备改善、改造、搬迁、新增的调研和实施
• Technology training and conduct production team to operate machines in right way对操作人员的技术培训
• To participate in the analysis of products quality problems which are caused by machines failure, take corrective and preventive actions accordingly参与与设备性能相关的产品质量问题调研并实施相应的整改及预防性措施
• Have awareness of local relevant quality system具有当地质量管理体系意识
• Development oriented, process development, especially in machinery related processes, factory lay-out updates, etc.
• 以发展为导向，专注于工艺开发，特别是与机械设备相关的工艺流程优化、工厂布局更新等方面
• All other tasks assigned by line manager or company完成其他由上级主管或公司安排的工作或任务

• LTIF (Lost Time Injury Frequency)
• Equipment Technical Availability
• Preventive Maintenance Rate
• OEE

岗位要求：

• Bachelor degree or above of mechanical/electrical, mechatronic is preferred
• /机电专业
• At least 3 years working experience in equipment maintenance and management
• 3年以上在设备维护和管理经验
• Prefer working experience in heavy industry or heavy machine tools, e.g. horizontal lathe, boring & milling machine
• 具备重工业或重型机床（如卧式车床、镗铣床）相关工作经验的优先
• Good knowledge & experience of CNC controlling system: Siemens, Fanuc, OMRON
• CNC控制系统，西门子/发那科系统等经验为佳
• Good knowledge of hydraulic & pneumatic system
• 熟悉液压与气动系统
• Good experience of production methods and tooling development in mechanical industry
• /设备发面经验
• Good experience of TPM
• 擅长TPM
• Familiar with lathe, rolling machine, also on turning process, welding.
• 熟悉各类车床,卷板机，及车削/焊接工艺者优先
• Good computer skill both in Microsoft ware and CAD
• 擅长Microsoft以及CAD
• Basic understanding about ISO14000&OHSA18000
• ISO等质量管理体系有基本了解
• Can speak and write English基本的英文口语和书面沟通能力
