Role Summary

Responsible for Document to Data review, maintaining workflow volumes to meet internal and private investor Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Handles escalated loan-level issues and provides research assistance for complex matters to support client inquiries and cross-functional departments. Boarding newly acquired loans into the servicing system, verifying data tape accuracy, performing necessary follow-ups and capturing any missing data from the servicing side.

Education

·       Bachelor’s degree required

Relevant Experience

  • Hold a Graduate (mandatory)
  • Min. 3-5 years’ experience in BPL knowledge
  • Must have loan processing experience
  • MSP experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Sara tool is a plus
  • Should have very high level of attention to details.
  • Should be able to find out process failure modes.
  • Ability to learn and apply the learnings.
