The Marketing Generalist will own and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence, support demand generation, and improve customer engagement across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who enjoys execution, coordination, and building structured marketing operations in a fast-growing startup environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, social media, and CRM channels
- Manage social media presence, content calendars, and brand communication across platforms
- Support performance marketing initiatives through creative coordination, landing pages, and campaign execution
- Drive occasion-based and seasonal marketing campaigns such as festivals, celebrations, corporate events, and special moments
- Coordinate website updates, product/menu showcases, customer testimonials, and case studies
- Execute email and WhatsApp campaigns for lead nurturing, repeat customers, and re-engagement
- Track and analyze campaign performance, sharing regular insights and reports with stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with design, sales, operations, and leadership teams to ensure consistent and aligned messaging
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a generalist marketing role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals across B2B and B2C channels
- Excellent communication, coordination, and hands-on execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with startups, D2C, food-tech, or marketplace businesses is an added advantage
