We are looking for a creative and data-driven Content Marketing professional to help build, manage, and scale our brand presence across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands how content drives awareness, engagement, and conversions—especially in a D2C and digital-first environment.
You will be responsible for creating high-quality content, managing content calendars, and executing campaigns across websites, blogs, email, and social media platforms. Working closely with the marketing, design, and growth teams, you will play a key role in shaping brand voice and ensuring content aligns with business and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand, growth, and customer acquisition goals.
- Create engaging content including blogs, website copy, landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing assets.
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across all content touchpoints.
Digital & D2C Marketing Support
- Support D2C initiatives by creating conversion-focused content for product pages, campaigns, and promotions.
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to create content optimized for paid and organic digital channels.
- Optimize content for SEO, discoverability, and user engagement.
Social Media Marketing
- Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, etc.).
- Work with design teams to produce compelling creatives and short-form content.
- Monitor engagement metrics and refine content based on performance insights.
Content Management & Operations
- Own and manage content calendars across platforms, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and approvals for content production.
- Maintain and update website content using content management systems (CMS).
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and CMS reports.
- Use data and feedback to continuously improve content quality, reach, and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on content trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements & Skills
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Marketing.
- Strong understanding of D2C marketing and customer-centric storytelling.
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working with CMS platforms and content publishing tools.
- Familiarity with SEO basics, social media algorithms, and digital marketing metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking.
