【Job Description】

• 1. Setup incoming spec./criteria and train inspectors.
• 2. Handle material quality related feedback/complaint from relevant department/customer.
• 3. Warranty incoming material quality issue handling/RMA/SCAR(8D)/Send ahead.
• 4. New vendor evaluation & qualification approval.
• 5. Handling new project quality control from new vendor evaluation to mass production.
• 6. Manage internal warehouse audit and continuously improve.
• 7. QC recruitment and training.
• 8. IQC manpower assessment and planning.
• 【Requirement】
• 1. Bachelor's degree or above in electronics or related industry.
• 2. Have 3-5 year of experience working in QA/SQE role within a manufacturing environment.
• 3. Familiar with SMT/Sip process.
• 4. Good communication skill, strong sense of responsibility.
• 5. Good English skill is must. Mandarin is preferred.

MQA: Manufacturing Quality Assurance (Open)

• 1. Setup incoming/process/outgoing spec./criteria and train inspectors  
• 2. Setup and buy-off quality stations.  
• 3. Manage line audit/Control process/OQC quality and continuously improve
• 4. Handle customer quality related feedback/complaint  
• 5. Re-judge failure in process and feedback from customer  
• 6. Buy-off process machine and qualify new production line  
• 7. Lead cross-function meeting of quality issue
• 【Requirement】  
• 1. Bachelor degree or above in electronics or related industry  
• 2. Have experience working in Quality role in manufacturing
• 3. Good communication skill, strong sense of responsibility  
• 4. Good English skill is must. Mandarin is preferred.

MA: Micro Analysis Engineer (OPEN)

【Job Description】

• 1. A minimum B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing and Materials, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 2. Experience (3-5years) in electronic product failure analysis by physical or chemical methods such as x-section, x-ray, SAT, SEM, etc is a plus
• 3. Hands-on experience with lab equipment: microscope (optical, acoustic, electron, IR, laser), x-ray system, mechanical tester, etc. is a plus
• 4. Ability to quickly learn new FA processes and methodologies
• 5. Good English oral and written skills; management skill is preferred

DC Engineer (OPEN)

【Job Description】

1. Improve the document management system and promote relevant document management operational training
2. Approve, issue, and recycle company documents, and manage external documents
3. Assist in confirming and reviewing DCR requirements;
4. Document and record management
5. Regularly audit and track improvements to documents and records
6. Update and manage the document website
7. Response to client audit questionnaires
8. Assist with internal and external audits
9. Maintain and update DC-related SOPs
10. Handle tasks assigned by superiors

Calibration Engineer (OPEN)

【Job Description】

1. Complete internal calibration of overdue instruments on time
2. Coordinate with relevant departments to schedule and rationally arrange external calibration work
3. Handle instrument anomalies and follow up on countermeasures
4. Complete GR&R/MSA analysis on time
5. Respond to customer and third-party audits, and organize and implement internal/external audits
6. Collect and update relevant national documents/standards for instrument calibration

1. Bachelor's degree or above 2. 3 or more years of relevant work experience 3. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills 4. Ability to independently handle client audits
ESD Engineer (OPEN)

【Job Description】

1. Establish, implement, maintain, and audit the ESD control system.
2. Conduct regular ESD measurements for relevant departments in accordance with standards.
3. Establish internal ESD system audits and annual audit processes.
4. Maintain and update ESD-related technical standards and SOPs.
5. ESD gating of ESDS and packaging materials.
6. ESD assessment of non-Bom materials.
7. Responsible for responding to external ESD audits.
8. Provide relevant ESD technical support and consulting, and assist departments in resolving ESD issues.
9. Handle tasks assigned by superiors.

【Requirement】

1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2. Familiarity with international ESD standards such as ANSI/ESD S20.20 and EIA/JEDEC JESD625-A; 3. Excellent communication and verbal skills; 4. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
