Senior Sales Development Representative
Nantwich | Hybrid (1–2 days in office)
£25,000 – £35,000 OTE (dependent on experience) + Excellent Benefits

We’re now looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative who combines strong sales capability with consistency, ownership and commercial maturity.

The Role
As a high-skill Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a critical role in driving a qualified pipeline across OEM, leasing and fleet clients.
You’Ll:
- Work on our complex OEM/Leasing Company Prospecting Campaigns
- Use CRM and sales intelligence tools to manage and optimise the pipeline
- Apply structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDPIC, BANT)
- Consistently deliver high-quality appointments and conversion outcomes
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Contribute to best practice, process improvement and innovation
You’ll also support ROI’s continued leadership in AI-enabled sales strategies, blending data, insight and human conversation.
What we’re looking for
- Proven B2B sales development or appointment-setting experience
- A consultative sales approach with strong questioning and listening skills
- Confident use of CRM systems and digital prospecting tools (Salesforce desirable)
- Understanding of structured sales methodologies and sales processes
- Experience within automotive, leasing or fleet environments (highly desirable)
- A strong ownership mindset with consistent performance delivery
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining quality conversations
- Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to team success
