Sr Technical Lead-Enterprise Apps

Area(S) Of Responsibility

• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise the ABAP development team, assigning tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
• Design & Development: Architect and develop complex custom objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows - RICEFW).
• Modernization: Drive adoption of S/4HANA technologies like CDS Views, RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model), and Fiori/SAPUI5.
• Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, architects, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical knowledge in specific modules (e.g., ABAP, S/4HANA, FICO, SD, MM) and integration points
• Quality & Performance: Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, unit testing, and ensure adherence to SAP coding standards and security.
• Support: Act as an escalation point for technical issues and support cutover/go-live activities.
• Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions.
