Our PW solution spans multiple core components, including a Linux-based platform core and an SMO cloud-based solution. The Engineering Customer Success (ECS) group is seeking a Platform and Cloud Systems Engineer to lead platform and cloud debugging, architecture, and customer-facing technical activities.In this role, you will become the go-to expert for issues and requirements arising from the field. You will take ownership of platform and cloud initiatives-from triaging customer issues to defining new features and architectures that address customer needs.

What Will You Do?
- Work closely with customers on deployments and proof-of-concept (PoC) activities
- Lead debugging of field and customer issues, perform root-cause analysis, and define effective solutions
- Define new infrastructure and platform features to address customer and field requirements, and lead their development
- Own features from early PoC stages through software implementation and customer release
- Contribute to the cloud and platform roadmap and long-term architecture decisions
What Do You Need To Have?
- Deep familiarity with Linux systems
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- At least 5 years of experience as a software developer, architect, or system integration engineer
- Strong understanding of computer networking, including routing mechanisms and networking protocols
Nice To Have
- Familiarity with cellular standards or other wireless technologies
Education
- BSc in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
