Summary
The Systems Engineer supports partner dataflows by analyzing system requirements and translating them into actionable insights. This role works closely with stakeholders to understand needs, derive functional requirements, and ensure system effectiveness. The engineer troubleshoots existing dataflows, maps new dataflow requirements, and helps maintain the integrity and efficiency of partner integrations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system functions align with operational goals.
- Support ongoing monitoring and maintenance of dataflow effectiveness.
- Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)

- Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- 5-8 years of experience in a systems engineering role
- Basic understanding of corporate dataflow and the organizations involved
- Familiarity with corporate dataflow tools (i.e. PICTUREPOSTCARD, DX, DARKGATEWAY, SPLINTER, Kibana, DATARUNNER)
- Familiarity with NiFi or other integration tools
- An active TS/SCI with polygraph
Other Qualifications & Desired Competencies
- Intermediate knowledge of Linux
- Diversified background across many disciplines (e.g. collection, analysis, basic database experience, comfortable interpreting existing queries and developing new ones.)
- Scripting experience with Perl and Bash.
Salary Expectation: $130k - $160k
The AV pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.
