Oliver Wyman is looking to hire an experienced recruiter to join our growing IMEA Recruitment team.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated recruitment professional to join our IMEA Recruitment team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for candidates at all levels primarily for our internal business support departments.
This is a unique growth opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced market hiring across our India, Middle East and Africa offices.
Job Overview:
In This Role You Will:
- Recruit for internal business support (Support Professionals) roles across functions - including Marketing, Talent Management, Finance, Office Services, Knowledge Management & Research, Human Capital, Administrative Assistants, and ITS - across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Johannesburg, Qatar, and Bahrain, and for other teams or offices as required.
- Partner closely with key stakeholders to understand the latest recruitment needs and advise on the hiring strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including the job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively networking and engaging with potential candidates.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice and attract the best talent.
- Team with the broader recruitment team on various topics and projects across the IMEA region.
Experience Required:
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced and dynamic client services business environment.
- Experience working in professional services or other client-driven multinational environments in India.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships across a dynamic and complex matrix structure.
- Experience recruiting in the Middle East and Africa, with familiarity with regional hiring policies is desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) – Workday is preferred.
- Strong MS Office skills – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
