* Lead the development and coordination of BIM mechanical models (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting). * Review and validate BIM deliverables in line with project specifications and standards. * Coordinate with architectural, structural, and electrical teams to resolve clashes. * Support technical office activities including shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs. * Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior BIM engineers. * Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans (BEP) and project timelines.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. * 5–8 years of relevant BIM experience in construction or consultancy projects. * Strong proficiency in Revit (Mechanical), Navisworks, and AutoCAD. * Solid understanding of BIM workflows, clash detection, and coordination. * Good command of English (written and spoken). * Strong communication and leadership skills.
