In addition to the essential functions, the Finance Analyst will:
- Collaborate in departmental cross-training initiatives.
- Prepare the daily checkbook report to monitor plant manufacturing expenses.
- Provide analysis on Labor Utilization, expenses, cost improvement plans, and other financial topics.
- Ensure timely compliance with finance department requirements, maintaining ASAT files and related records.
- Prepare financial reports, records, and statistical analyses as requested, reviewed by the Controller.
- Actively participate in plant cost savings initiatives, system upgrades, and support for SPA projects.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable EHS policies and procedures.
- Perform physical inventory reconciliations against ledgers.
- Analyze and determine causes of physical FA inventory variances and monitor idle assets.
- Organize and conduct the annual HDM & Rings physical fixed assets inventory.
- Monitor and support all assigned finance-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with capital expenditures and CRFA requirements.
- Prepare, package, and file financial presentations for management and corporation as requested
- This position requires an accounting degree, preferably or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems; experience with Oracle and MRP preferred.

Skills And Abilities
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to draft correspondence and develop financial procedures for HDM.
- Proven ability to prepare and maintain management reports, perform analysis, and recommend solutions for cost savings.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create financial presentations and interpret bilingual managerial instructions.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and effective teamwork.
- Positive attitude, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills to perform job responsibilities effectively.
- This position requires at minimum 5 to 10 years in financial/accounting experience.
