Production Manager

Middle East Mattress Factory Co. is looking for an organized and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure the quality and efficiency of our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, managing staff, and optimizing workflows to meet the demands of our growing customer base. Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production activities to ensure that production targets are met with high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve any production-related issues.
• Monitor production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and maintain production reports and metrics to track performance.
• Lead training and development initiatives for production staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the consumer goods or bedding industry.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality management systems.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Male.
• 30 to 45 years of age.
• Saudi national.
