About Liom

Liom is a Swiss health-tech startup dedicated to revolutionizing the field of personalized health monitoring. Our objective is to develop the first health wearable monitoring glucose non-invasively. We will launch our wearable as a consumer product in Europe in 2028, and then as a medically cleared product in the US. Our team consists of over 35 staff, with deep expertise in entrepreneurship, product development, and the required engineering as well as scientific disciplines. We are operating out of our lab facilities in Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland.

Your Mission

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for Liom as we ramp up toward major hiring needs in 2026, building a strong pipeline across technical and non-technical roles, and closing exceptional talent

  • Proactively source and engage top candidates (LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, communities/events), with a focus on passive talent and long-term relationship building
  • Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements
  • Support our outsourced payroll process by coordinating the internal data handover to the payroll partner as needed (approx. 5–10% time)

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of in-house recruiting / talent acquisition experience, including hiring experience in at least one tech startup or scale-up
  • A “recruiter through and through”: strong sourcing skills, high outreach volume with quality messaging, and confidence engaging senior, highly specialized candidates
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and a candidate-first mindset, with the autonomy and resourcefulness to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Strong knowledge of the Swiss and broader European talent market, including common hiring channels and constraints
