Your Future Role
Take on a new challenge and apply your predictive maintenance expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in optimizing maintenance processes and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our rail systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, such as the Health Hub & CMMS organization, Engineering Directors, Operations Directors, and Project Managers, to design and implement predictive maintenance tools and strategies. You’ll also collaborate with external stakeholders like Consortium CMMS managers to ensure alignment with industry standards and project requirements.
You’ll specifically take care of developing and deploying predictive maintenance tools, including Health Hub, but also optimizing maintenance processes through data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives.
We’Ll Look To You For:
- Leading the design, development, and implementation of predictive maintenance tools, including Health Hub
- Formulating and executing predictive maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime and enhance asset reliability
- Driving the optimization of maintenance activities by leveraging predictive insights
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to integrate predictive maintenance solutions into projects
- Providing training and support to maintenance personnel on predictive maintenance tools and techniques
- Developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of predictive maintenance initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the maintenance team
All About You

- A university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in predictive maintenance, preferably within the railway or transportation industry
- Strong understanding of maintenance optimization practices and tools
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods
- Strong knowledge of TCMS (Train Control and Management System)
- Advanced programming skills in Python
- Experience with R Studio for statistical analysis and data science tasks
- Deep understanding of data science processes, including data management, data analysis, and predictive modeling
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proactive, methodical, and analytical mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- At least 8 years of work experience
