Position Summary: Takes on a team approach to successfully support the maintenance teams at multiple venues in an assigned district. Responsible for implementing and monitoring Preventative Maintenance Schedules for all areas of the venues, to include, bowling and building equipment (boilers, HVAC units, hot water tanks, fire and life safety systems, etc.), maintenance tools, and equipment. Responsible for the overall maintenance operations of assigned districts. Provides technical and troubleshooting assistance to Facility Managers within their assigned district.
Responsibilities: These requirements/functions may change throughout employment.
- Fosters a positive, active and collaborative relationship with venue management and facilities team.
- Trains Facility Managers and Mechanics in machine area safety procedures and standard operation for bowling equipment, building maintenance and preventative maintenance.
- Supervises maintenance contractors at assigned venues.
- Monitors the regular maintenance of the HVAC systems, roof, plumbing system, electrical system, life/safety and all other building maintenance needs.
- Schedules and coordinates repairs to include but not limited to: emergency roof repairs, minor repairs to HVAC systems, bowling equipment, plumbing and electrical. Ensures that all major components of the venues are covered by repair contracts where needed.
- Obtains bids for regular and emergency repairs/maintenance of the facility in accordance with the allowed maximum spend.
- Visits and inspects assigned venues, at a minimum, on a weekly basis to assure all maintenance meets safety and company standards.
- Works with the operations human resources to organize, create and conduct training and development for facilities teams.
- Ensures operational compliance with appropriate laws and policies to include OSHA safety practices and procedures.
- Monitors safety and conducts safety audits to assure OSHA compliance
- Prepares and maintains maintenance and capital improvement budgets.
- Responsible for assuring that Facility Managers are maintaining a schedule of weekly safety trainings for their staff.
- Assists with recruiting, the interview process for Facility Manager positions and promoting of maintenance staff with in the assigned district.
- Orchestrates periodic maintenance team meetings within the district.
- Enforces and adheres to company policies, rules and regulations.
- Performs maintenance and repair tasks.
- Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, as well as extended workdays to support the business need.

Salary: $68,000.00 - $102,000.00 annual salary.

401k Information: You will be eligible to begin contributing to a 401(k) on the first of the month following your first 90 days of service and if you meet the minimum hours criteria. The minimum criteria for employee eligibility are 1) employees must be 21 years of age or older and 2) must work 250 hours in 90 days or an average of 1,000 hours in one year. Triple Shift Entertainment will match qualified 401(k) contributions as follows: $1 for $1 for the first 3% and $0.50 for $1 on the next 2% on what employee contributes to their 401(k) and you are considered fully vested immediately.
