By ensuring a seamless candidate experience and optimizing our recruitment processes, you directly impact our ability to grow and deliver better care to cancer patients.
- What your daily life looks like:
- Source top candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and creative channels
- Manage candidate experience from first contact to final decision
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs
- Optimize our employer brand through LinkedIn content and job posting strategies
- Build recruitment dashboards and configure our ATS (Ashby)
- Contribute to HR projects and team initiatives

👤 Candidate Profile
⚙️ You'Re The Right Person If You Know How To:
- Source candidates effectively using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Manage the full recruitment cycle with attention to detail
- Work with data and leverage AI tools to optimize processes
- Communicate fluently in both French and English (written and verbal)
- Use an ATS to track and manage candidate pipelines

- Excellent at communication and building relationships
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
Sales-Minded And Objectives-Oriented
- Autonomous, proactive, and curious about recruitment best practices

- Comfortable working cross-functionally with different teams
📃 You'Re The Right Person If You Have Already:
- Pursued a Master's degree in Business, or a related field (Bac+4/5, final-year internship)
- Demonstrated interest in talent acquisition and recruitment

- Have prior recruitment experience (internship or professional)
- Have worked with Ashby or similar ATS platforms
- Have contributed to employer branding initiatives

🔍 Recruitment Process
- Step 1: Initial interview with Emilie, Talent Acquisition Manager (30-45 min) — Get to know each other and discuss your motivations
- Step 2: Practical case study with Emilie & Tim, VP HR (1h) — Showcase your recruitment skills through a real-world scenario
- Step 3: Culture fit interview with Alice, Talent Acquisition Manager (30 min) — Ensure alignment with Resilience values and team dynamics
