Regional HR Manager (m/f/x)
Job Description
- This individual contributor role is part of our Regional HR Team and covers two main roles; supporting matters related with Regional Head Office employees and supporting Regional HR initiatives.
- A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:
- Handling the overall HR processes for Regional Head Office (RHO) employees in line with the Group and Regional HR policies and the business needs,
- Ensuring that all HR-related policies and procedures comply with standard legal practices and regulations,
- Fostering positive employee relations by resolving conflicts and addressing concerns,
- Ensuring that workplace policies and procedures are followed and that employees are treated fairly and equitably,
- Partnering with the manager/business leaders and monitoring key talent initiatives for RHO employees, including onboarding, performance management, trainings, etc.,
- Providing HR consulting and coaching services for managers and business leaders to solve significant people issues such as organizational structure changes, etc.
- Conducting employee onboardings and planning their integration paths with the relevant teams,
- Ensuring the data of RHO employees are up to date in HRIS,
- Leading various Regional HR initiatives like diversity campaigns, Employee Engagement Survey,
- Supporting reporting related to HR matters where necessary,
- Keeping abreast of any changes in HR legislation to ensure the company is compliant at all times.
Applicant'S Profile
- You bring along:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree on Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the above-mentioned tasks,
- Strong knowledge of German labor law,
- Fluent in German and English,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Experienced with managing different level of stakeholders in an international environment would be a huge plus.
