Senior Financial Analyst

Description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Financial Reporting & Reconciliation Analyst to join our growing finance team. This role plays a key part in preparing, maintaining, and analyzing financial reports across multiple international companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss (P&L) reports across multiple entities.
• Develop and oversee audited financial statements for tax, VAT, and loans — including interest calculations.
• Manage and validate partner payment reports with a focus on precision and transparency.
• Produce detailed audit and reconciliation reports, including complex matching activities.
• Reconcile petty cash and card transactions (Visa/Mastercard) with corresponding bank movements.
• Monitor and align group balances, ensuring consistency across all business units.
• Conduct comprehensive reconciliations across P&L, cash flow, and partner accounts.
• Collaborate with auditors and finance teams to ensure compliance with international standards.
• Contribute to process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or reconciliation.
• Proven experience with international companies or clients.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, VAT, tax, and cash flow management.
• Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Strong English communication and reporting skills.
