Sr. AI Engineer/ Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI Engineer to lead the development and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions. This role involves designing scalable systems, fine-tuning large language models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI features. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a passion for AI innovation, and a commitment to ethical AI practices.

Key Responsibilities

Ai/Ml Solution Development

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of GenAI models and intelligent agents.
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects—from use case definition and data preparation to model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for internal applications and optimize prompts for NLP tasks.
• Extract structured insights from unstructured documents using advanced AI techniques.

System Architecture & Engineering

• Architect and implement scalable AI/ML systems across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Design and evolve AI/ML pipelines and software architecture to support continuous delivery and model lifecycle management.
• Automate batch inference workflows and integrate AI features into both internal tools and customer-facing products.

Innovation & Research

• Explore and prototype new use cases for LLMs and emerging AI technologies.
• Define architectural changes that can be implemented incrementally to minimize risk and maximize impact.

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Author technical design documents and participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor team members on AI/ML techniques, tooling, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on NLP and LLMs.
• Proven experience deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and scalable system design.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Knowledge And Experience:

• Experience with tools like Databricks, Azure ML, and Snowflake.
• Understanding of ERP platform and experience in enabling AI in business functions like sales, HR, finance, operations, etc.
• Understanding of AI security and compliance frameworks.
