Marketing Coordinator – KONI 

KONI, a worldwide leader in performance suspension, is seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our global marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in bringing campaigns, promotions, and communications to life, with a focus on social media management, content creation and coordination, distributor relations, event planning and support, and customer and partner communications. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, eager to grow their skills in digital marketing and analytics. KONI is in an exciting phase of implementing a brand refresh, developing new marketing and communications strategies, and integrating practices to globalize our activities, both online and in-person, to showcase the brand in new markets around the world.

Essential Responsibilities

Campaign & Social Media Support (45%) 

  • Coordinate KONI’s global social media presence by planning and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and ensuring content reflects a consistent brand voice across all platforms. 
  • Actively respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner. 
  • Communicate regularly with KONI country distributors to ensure global brand alignment, unified messaging, campaign participation, and on-time execution across regions. 
  • Serve as a marketing resource for distributor partners, providing campaign materials, social assets, brand guidelines, and support for local market execution. 
  • Develop social content, including copy, imagery, and short-form video aligned with campaign goals and product priorities. 
  • Source and coordinate brand ambassador partnerships to support campaigns and broader marketing initiatives. 
  • Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and asset libraries to ensure smooth execution. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches, promotions, digital advertising, and e-commerce initiatives. 

Content & Creative Coordination (25%) 

  • Assist in writing, proofreading, and editing marketing copy for digital channels, social media, email communications, and promotional materials. 
  • Plan, coordinate and execute global asset creation (video, photo, graphic design) projects with KONI creative agency partners to support annual and campaign specific needs. 
  • Partner with creative and digital agency partners to ensure visuals and messaging are consistent with KONI’s global brand standards. 
  • Support updates across KONI.com, dealer communications, distributor-facing, and KONI e-commerce platforms. 

Analytics & Optimization (15%) 

  • Participate in tracking performance metrics for social media, email, and digital campaigns, providing insights from regular reports provided to the marketing team by KONI agency partners.  
  • Monitor global trends, audience behavior, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement. 
  • Support optimization efforts, including A/B testing, to strengthen content performance and conversion rates across KONI’s global social channels. 
  • Contribute strategic recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness across regions. 
  • Work closely with the Global Marketing Manager on budget management. 
  • Coordinate global invoices and payments with KONI finance teams to ensure accurate processing and reporting. 

Event & Team Collaboration (20%) 

  • Coordinate internal and external event support, including logistics, booth assets, travel coordination, and post-event reporting. 
  • Work closely with the Global Marketing Manager, category teams, sales teams, and country distributors to align priorities and deadlines. 
  • Participate in brainstorming and creative planning sessions to support campaign ideation and development. 
  • Actively respond to consumer, customer and partner communications, including technical or sales inquiries submitted through KONI.com, ensuring timely and routine follow-up. 
  • Serve as on-site support for the KONI executive team for activities including vendor visits, on-site activations, and other clerical or logistical assistance as requested. 

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of marketing, social media, or digital communications experience (automotive, motorsport, or outdoor/technical categories are a plus). 
  • Proficient in English (oral and written) with strong writing, editing, and communication skills. 
  • Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout, Hootsuite). 
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite or similar marcom tools. 
  • Ability to analyze and report on social, email, and website performance. 
  • Comfortable collaborating with creative teams and reviewing design and content assets. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple global deadlines. 
  • Strategic minded with the ability to create goals and drive outcomes. 
  • Creative thinker with a mindset to generate innovative ideas and solutions. 
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders and communicating clearly and assertively. 
  • Team player with a can-do attitude, able to work collaboratively to achieve shared goals. 
  • Willingness to travel for events, content creation, and distributor support when required.
