About the OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced in-house recruiter to support hiring across a range of technical and corporate functions in a fast-moving fintech, Web3, and blockchain environment. The role works closely with hiring managers, contributes to hiring across multiple regions, and uses proactive sourcing strategies to engage talent globally.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of technical and corporate positions.
- Proactively source and engage candidates through direct outreach and creative channels.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Conduct screening and interviews, assessing candidates for experience, skills, and cultural fit.
- Identify and engage passive talent across various regions.
- Conduct market research and mapping to stay updated on hiring trends and talent availability within fintech, Web3, and blockchain sectors.
- Monitor salary benchmarks and shifts in global and regional recruitment landscapes.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and design effective recruitment plans.
- Provide timely updates on progress, challenges, and market insights.
- Support employer branding activities across relevant job platforms and social channels.
- Ensure a smooth and consistent candidate experience from initial contact to offer.
- Maintain accurate workflows and data in the ATS and internal systems.
- Suggest improvements to sourcing strategies, interview processes, and recruitment workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to tech hiring.
- Experience in both in-house and agency environments is welcome, especially those with an established network in fintech, Web3, and blockchain talent markets.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Able to manage multiple roles with good organisation and follow-through.
- Strong capability in proactive sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- Good to have: experience using Lever ATS, a data-driven approach, and familiarity with fintech, Web3, and blockchain recruitment.
