- 具有领导和管理实验室 Ifm 运营（包括人员、预算和维修）的成熟能力。

Proven ability to lead and manage laboratory IFM operation, including personnel, budget, and Maintenance.

- 确保工作环境符合 Hse 的规定要求。

Ensure the working environmental to meet HSE requirements.

- 负责现有厂务设施维护管理工作，包括清洁、绿化管理、虫害控制、Loto程序、坠落防护、 承包商管理等，确认这些活动符合公司Hse的要求。

Be responsible for current facility management, including cleaning, landscape, pest control, LOTO fall prevention and contractor management etc; ensure these activities are compliant with requirements of HSE.

- 审查和批准风险评估，方法和工作安全计划

Review and approve risk assessments, method statements and job safety plans

- 确保操作符合 Hse 法规和礼来/Jll 规定

Ensure operations in line with HSE legislation and Lilly /JLL policies and processes

- 带领人员完成所分派的保养任务。

Lead people to complete maintenance assignment.

- 根据工作计划控制保养的质量、时间和费用。

Control maintenance quality, time and cost according to business plan.
