Job Responsibilities:

Key Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field required, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; automotive manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, SAP, 5S, …
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of production equipment, industrial building systems and utilities.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and service agreements.
• Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to resolve issues using sound judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
