Who Are We Searching For?


We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who loves turning ideas into visuals that actually work. This is a hands-on role where your designs will directly support marketing and sales: ads, social media, landing pages, presentations, case studies, and more. You’ll have space to influence how Fuel looks, feels, and communicates. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales to continuously refine and elevate the Fuel brand.

What Are Your Responsibilities?


  • Design visual creatives end-to-end — from concept to final assets — for marketing and sales needs (paid ads, social media, presentations, case studies, blog visuals, merch, etc.).
  • Design and improve web layouts and marketing landing pages with a solid understanding of UI principles.
  • Keep visual quality high by following best design practices and staying on top of industry and consumer trends.
  • Actively participate in marketing and sales campaigns and help analyze how visual assets perform.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to consistently develop and maintain Fuel’s brand identity.

What Are The Preferred Requirements For The Role?


Must-Have Skills:


  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles and design tools.
  • An up-to-date portfolio (required — please send it with your CV).

English level B1.

  • High level of responsibility and ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • A proactive mindset and being able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.

Nice-To-Have Skills:


UX/UI knowledge.


Reporting Structure:

You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with cross-functional teams.
