Job Description Summary
Build, maintain, and continuously enhance the FP&A Center of Excellence (CoE) to deliver high quality financial reporting, analysis, and process optimization support to business units. Drive a data driven decision making framework, maximize cost efficiency, and ensure controllable risk. By establishing a unified financial analysis framework, enable the business to “make decisions based on data and improve efficiency through processes.” Serve as the “expert hub” within the corporate finance governance structure, raising overall financial transparency and compliance.Job Description
Roles And Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Lead the production of regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) and provide deep variance analysis and business insights.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasting tools, and KPI dashboards to strengthen enterprise‑wide analytical capability and support business‑unit decision‑making.
- Build a CoE‑wide reporting platform: create a centralized report repository, standardize report structures, definitions, and release cadence, and deliver “one‑stop” reporting across business units.

- Map and standardize the end‑to‑end data flow (collection, cleansing, modeling, analysis, visualization, feedback). Produce unified work instructions and templates to ensure clear responsibilities, consistent execution, and elimination of process drift caused by staff turnover.
- Implement report automation and digitization by introducing ETL, RPA, and BI tools to automatically extract, transform, and load multi‑source data, reducing manual entry errors. Leverage Power BI, FineReport, or similar visualization platforms to generate dynamic dashboards and standardized reports with “one‑click refresh” and real‑time sharing.

- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of the CoE team, cultivating a group of finance experts with deep technical expertise and strong business acumen.

Required Qualifications
- This role requires significant experience in the Finance & FP&A Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Pivot), proficiency with ERP reporting modules (Oracle EPM/ODP/Hyperion), strong knowledge of Power BI; SQL or Python data‑cleaning abilities a plus.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, both English and Chinese.
