We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Job Summary: Pharmavise is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This individual will support the end-to-end recruitment process from talent sourcing and candidate engagement to interviewing, selection, offer and onboarding. This is a critical role responsible for identifying high-quality candidates to support our consulting and project-based needs across life sciences, healthcare, IT, and federal contracting spaces. Responsibilities and Job Requirements: • Support the full-cycle recruitment including job analysis and postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, interview preps, and onboarding. • Post jobs across internal portals, job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Zoho Recruit), and social media channels. • Source candidates through Boolean searches, LinkedIn, databases, job portals, referral networks, and outreach campaigns. • Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (Zoho Recruit). • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or internal stakeholders, ensuring a professional and timely experience. • Prepare and present candidate summaries to clients and hiring managers with clear rationale. • Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with QA and Operations team. • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles and future project needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. • 2–3 years of proven recruitment experience in agency or corporate settings. • Prior experience recruiting within life sciences, healthcare, IT, or technical staffing is preferred but not required. • U.S.-based recruitment experience is required; familiarity with employment classifications (W-2, 1099, C2C) preferred. • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (preferably Zoho Recruit) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn and Indeed Smart Sourcing. • Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional, concise, and persuasive) • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, and basic Excel functions.
