Senior Auditor Retail

The Senior Auditor Retail Belgium will report to the Audit Manager Retail France & Belgium (based in France)

The Srr Auditor Belgium will be responsible for helping the Audit Manager Retail France & Belgium on the Retail auditing activities in Belgium and Netherlands.

As Senior Auditor Retail Belgium, the employee will have as principal duties to:

• Train the team of auditors
• Apply and implement tools and processes to ensure auditor efficiency is maintained.
• Support and contribute information for coordination and scheduling of all audits.
• To carry out assessments against client-specific standards maintaining the required level of utilization.
• To produce full accurate assessment reports.
• To carry out specific project work or other tasks within Audit Delivery as agreed.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant policies & procedures
• Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in similar position (retail preferred) 
• In-depth working knowledge of the manufacture of food and allied products.
• Ability to perform audits in more than one program area and/or ability to train auditors.
• Ability to work independently 
• Fluent in French, English, Dutch.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (France)
• Valid driving license
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
