This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth environment where your ability to build strategic partnerships directly enables the green digital transition.
We are looking for a colleague who understands that procurement is as much about people and relationships as it is about contracts. Based in Sweden, Finland, or Denmark, you will lead the full procurement lifecycle, from needs analysis to final negotiation, with a focus on general contractors, OFCI equipment, and MRO categories.
Reporting to the Director of Procurement, you will join a team that values your initiative and depends on your expertise to deliver world-class infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide regular strategic updates to sourcing, engineering, and project management teams.
- Support Project Procurement Managers with the local implementation of framework agreements.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Excellence Manager to develop industry-leading ways of working (WoW).
- Assist the Sourcing and Group Supplier Managers in implementing category and supplier strategies.
- Bridge the gap between hands-on operational execution and long-term strategic planning.
Your Profile:
- 7+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably within data centers, construction, or heavy infrastructure.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Nordic construction standards and legal frameworks (familiarity with FIDIC/RIBA is a plus).
- Technical understanding of data center technologies, such as cooling and reserve power infrastructure.
- Proven track record in complex negotiations with general contractors and OFCI suppliers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make firm, value-based decisions.
