We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive hiring across technical and non-technical functions in a fast-growing, technology-focused environment. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong talent pipelines, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to attract and onboard high-quality talent.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles, including technical, field, and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, finalize job descriptions, and define selection criteria.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role expectations and organizational culture.
- Coordinate interview processes, candidate communication, and offer closures.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, applicant tracking systems, and hiring dashboards.
- Support onboarding coordination and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve sourcing and hiring effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within technology, engineering, or infrastructure domains.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple hiring requirements, and meet tight timelines.
Preferred Experience
- Prior hiring experience for technical or specialized roles such as GIS specialists, survey engineers, UAV pilots, project managers, or similar profiles.
