CWS Workwear Croatia is looking for a part‑time HR Generalist to support our team and contribute to the smooth and effective delivery of HR processes across our organization. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner for managers and employees, ensuring compliance, supporting daily HR operations, and participating in regional initiatives within the CEE cluster.

What You’Ll Do (Part‑Time Role)
- Handle day‑to‑day HR administration and provide guidance to managers and employees
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with local labor law and internal HR policies
- Analyze HR and salary data, prepare reports, and support decision‑making
- Coordinate payroll activities with an external provider
- Maintain and improve HR end‑to‑end processes
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner and regional HR teams
- Participate in selected international HR projects
What We’Re Looking For
- Proven experience in an HR department (administration and recruitment)
- Strong understanding of local labor market trends
- Solid knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Ability to analyze compensation data and prepare insights
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Experience working with external payroll providers
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday)
- Good command of English
