About The Tribe
Customer Onboarding & Interactions Tribe (COI) aims to continuously improve the quality of all services related to onboarding customers for all existing and new Euroclear business products. The Tribe is responsible for all movement related to the associated reference data and corporate packages used to interact with external entities. It manages all communication channels (email, account models, our group CRM solution, and other client-facing systems), product and service catalogue, customer subscriptions, and the My Euroclear portal.

We’re seeking a motivated and goal-oriented IT Project Manager who will lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business goals.
Your Day-To-Day Mission:
- Lead project-level planning, covering resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies, with effective issue and change control.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across all organisational levels.
- Define and assign deliverables, monitoring progress and quality across the project team.
- Ensure on-time delivery of projects, within budget and expected quality standards.
- Lead large-scale, highly complex activities across squads, IT, and business divisions to achieve strategic objectives.
- Report progress clearly and regularly to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
- Take proactive measures to ensure project compliance with internal policies and Agile delivery practices.
- Drive risk, issue, and change control processes ensuring smooth transition and timely resolution.
What you need to have to succeed in this role:
- Experience in IT project management (software / infrastructure / data management)
- Experience in cost management, risk assessment, and resource planning.
- Apply systems thinking to assess interdependencies across teams, processes, and deliverables to ensure cohesive and scalable execution.
- Technical expertise and experience in financial industry.
- Experience working within Agile frameworks.
- Ability to implement change, resolve issues, and lead with a servant-leadership mindset.
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proven ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders, including IT and business teams.
- A high degree of adaptability to navigate changing priorities and evolving business needs.
- Exposure to Microsoft Office 365, advanced level (pivot tables, Sharepoint collaboration, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
What Makes You Stand Out:
- Experience in effective collaboration with outsourcing partners & offshoring.
- GDC/COI: knowledge and understanding of the Euroclear digital business (subscriptions, Portals, Identity and Access management or CRM.)
- Certifications (e.g., PRINCE 2, PMI).
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Oracle Boards.
