Working Student is a long-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT world. As our Trainee you can have experience working in such areas that correspond to full-time jobs. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months. Your role will involve first studying the existing interface, then proposing and implementing a new, improved look and feel. This design might include different visual themes tailored for various learning agents within the tool. Additionally, you will create graphics such as icons and banners (in formats like PNG and JPEG) for the tool itself, its associated internal website, and related communication materials.

Location: Poland, Wroclaw (hybrid)

Key Competences:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Illustrator), Camtasia, Figma, After Effects, AI tools (e.g., Adobe Express)
  • MS Office, mainly PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics
  • Knowledge of UX Design principles
  • Review and analyze the existing interface to identify opportunities for visual and usability improvements
  • Propose and implement a new, modern look and feel for the tool
  • Design and develop visual themes tailored to different learning agents within the application
  • Create graphic assets such as icons, banners, and visuals (PNG, JPEG) for the tool, internal website, and communication materials
  • Active student status at minimum one year
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken)
  • Proven experience or strong interest in UX and graphic design or related areas
  • Portfolio demonstrating UX and graphic design work is required
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Interest in the latest technologies of telecommunication and IT
