About The Role
As we prepare for an exciting year ahead in 2026, we are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our team and help drive our hiring goals to the next level. This role focuses on identifying and securing top talent quickly and efficiently to support our organization’s continued growth and success. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, resourceful, and thrives under deadlines.
What You'Ll Do
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute recruitment strategies for the upcoming year, focusing on delivering top-tier talent in a timely manner.
- Manage multiple open positions, ensuring a streamlined and efficient hiring process.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates through diverse channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate evaluations to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers while maintaining consistent and professional communication.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of candidate interactions and progress using recruitment systems.
- Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers, fostering a positive and transparent recruitment experience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and internal hiring policies.
- Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics to assess and improve processes.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of proven success in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
- Strong ability to handle high-volume recruitment while maintaining a focus on quality and speed.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Forward-thinking and proactive, with a passion for achieving results.
