Job Responsibilities:

Job Description Summary :

• Develop and implement supplier quality assurance procedures in alignment with company standards and customer requirements.
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on supplier audits (process, product, and system audits).
• Manage supplier qualification processes, including PPAP, APQP, and MLA requirements for new projects.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs (PPM, defect rates, 8D reports) and drive improvement actions.
• Handle supplier non-conformities: analyze root causes, validate corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.

Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Plant Quality teams to ensure feasibility and compliance for new projects.

Support the development and maintenance of the approved supplier panel.

Prepare and maintain documentation for customer and certification audits (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3).

Provide technical support to suppliers regarding quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Profile :

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in supplier quality or a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.

Knowledge:

• Quality standards: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3.
• Quality tools: 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, 5 Why, PDCA, Pareto.
• APQP, PPAP, MLA processes.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct audits and manage action plans.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Languages: Fluent in English and French (technical level required).
