Rolling Green Village is a not-for-profit retirement community with a 36 Year Track Record of Excellence and a 5 star nursing home rating – Quality Care.
We are currently seeking a hospitality minded part-time HOA Manager. This position can be mostly remote – PMIC License required. Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding care for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level support and management
- Assure that the policies, resolutions, and goals of the Board are carried out
- Be knowledgeable of all Association Governing Documents, Rules and Regulations and general legal requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain open lines of communication
- Perform general financial management and record-keeping
- Coordinate receipt and review of invoices for services and ensure timely payment of bills
- Manage vendor relations
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with Association Rules and Regulations
- Attend all Board meetings
- Prepare Board meeting agenda, monthly management report, and all other reports and material needed for Board Packet
- Act as the liaison for designated committees
- Provide customer service assistance to homeowners as needed
- Assist with homeowners' calls and inquiries and respond accordingly or direct to the appropriate party
Qualifications
- Excellent word processing and computer skills required
- Must be able to work independently with a strong work ethic
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals
- Ability to meet stringent deadlines
- HOA Management 2 years (preferred)
- PMIC License (Required)
