Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and quality assurance expertise in a cutting-edge field.You’ll work alongside collaborative, driven, and innovative teammates.
You'll ensure product quality compliance with customer and internal specifications, driving operationalexcellence in manufacturing processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such asProcess & Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Management), lead quality analysis anddecision-making processes, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of deploying industrial quality standards and updating quality control plans, butalso support defect analysis and customer inspections.
We’ll look to you for:
Managing Quality activities in workshops, including people, processes, and performance
Performing defect analysis and leading cross-functional quality animation
Supporting decisions for handovers and exercising veto rights when necessary
Stopping production when safety or compliance issues arise
Participating in criticality matrix analysis and contributing to Process FMEA
Leading and participating in Failure Analysis Reports (FAR) and other quality reviews
Ensuring compliance of manufactured products and maintaining Car History Books
Supporting internal NCR (Non-Conformance Report) management and problem-solving
Qualifying manufacturing teams for self-inspection
Conducting workstation audits and follow-ups

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Automobile, electromechanical,…) or equivalent for Engineers
Experience or understanding of Quality tools like Problem Solving and Lean Six Sigma
Knowledge of industrial Processes and Quality standards (e.g., ISO9001, IRIS, EN15085)
Familiarity with reading drawings/specifications and using test equipment
Special Process Qualification at Level 2 (minimum)
Ability to manage quality tools and digital systems
Experience in project management or audits is a plus
NDT Level-II in VT, PT, MT, UT & RT is a plus
Fluency in English and an international mindset
Rigor, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure
