About the Shared Services Program Manager 

The Shared Services Program Manager will lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of key programs that support company-wide operations across our ancillary services, clinical services, call center, and EMR system. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, along with strong cross-functional collaboration skills to drive program success. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven professional with a passion for enhancing patient outcomes and improvement operational efficiencies.   

What You’Ll Do:

Program Development And Management:

  • Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics. 
  • Manage program execution, including vendor relationships, field rollout and communication, and internal key stakeholder alignment to ensure success. 
  • Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies and drive continuous process improvement. 
  • Monitor performance, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.   
  • Establish and maintain program documentation, working with any needed internal groups on reporting, job aids, intranet resources or other necessary tools to
  • execute the programs. 
  • Ensure all programs adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards. 

Process Improvement & Data-Driven Insights:

  • Leverage business intelligence tools to track program performance and identify opportunities for optimization  
  • Develop and execute root cause analyses to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in workflows.   

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with operations, population health, revenue cycle management, finance, learning & development, legal, and procurement teams to ensure program alignment and success.  
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including providers, regional leadership, and vendors.  
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and facilitate communication to ensure effective collaboration.  

Education And Support:

  • Partner with learning and/or marketing to develop employee and/or patient education programs and materials related to relevant programs. 
  • Collaborate with regional leaders and healthcare providers to ensure patients receive appropriate education and support.  
  • Work with vendor and regional teams to resolve patient issues.  

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, life sciences, or a related field. Master's degree preferred 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management, preferably in the healthcare industry  
  • Strong understanding of clinical operations and the healthcare landscape 
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within defined timelines and budgets 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills 
  • Strong bias towards action and takes responsibility for achieving outcomes  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skillset 
  • Proficiency in  project management tools and software 
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint  
  • Highly organized and ability to build scalable processes 
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, reimbursement processes, and regulatory requirements.  
  • Experience with vendor management
