Key Responsibilities:
- Cost management:
- ABP/RBM, work with BR/HR and all support teams to develop the budget plan.
- Manage spending and monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary targets.
- SWP (strategic workforce plan, collaborate with manufacturing team to workout HC and OT plan).
- Efficiency calculation and drive improvement actions.
- Cost rate monitoring.
- Support BR to develop the annual SPC/NPC.
- Raw material cost reduction opportunities identification and collaborate with site purchase to drive price reduction.
- Monitor raw material cost trend and identify the abnormal price variance.
- Coordinates engineering releasing activities between engineering design areas and procurement/scheduling with effective and timely implementation.
- Creating, maintaining, and communicating accurate change management data at both the local and corporate level through data entry in multiple management information systems.
- Analyzing engineering releases, changes, drawing notices to create change management requirements, providing the creation of product structure based on engineering design.
- Maintaining close team relationships with releasing analysts, as well as teams in manufacturing operations, process planning, engineering design, and material planning.
- Purchase requisitions (PRs) management:
- Enter bidding requests into the GEP system and follow up on bidding progress.
- Submit bidding waiver requests as needed.
- Release purchase requisitions (PR) in the system to ensure costs are categorized correctly.
- System GR & IR, grief management, drive supplier to release invoice on time.
Contract management: Review contract details, obtain approval, and archive according to compliance requirements
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above; Project management or engineering preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) with strong data analysis capabilities.
- Be skilled in Power Bi, SQL, Python, or other tools for data processing and visualization.
- Good English reading and writing skills. Good oral English is a plus.
- Strong adaptability. Excellent communication and coordination skills and willing to learn.

Additional Information:
