Machine Operator (JennerJahn Operator)Location: Richmond, VAPay: $19–$22 per hourShifts Available: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining JennerJahn printing machines to ensure the production of high-quality printed materials. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup & Operation: Set up and calibrate machines according to job specs; operate and monitor equipment to ensure optimal output.
• Quality Control: Inspect printed materials, monitor color consistency, and troubleshoot issues to maintain high standards.
• Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance and address mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Material Handling: Load/unload paper and other materials; ensure proper alignment and positioning.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production details, adjustments, and reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Print Press or Machine Operator in a production/printing environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to read job orders, blueprints, and specifications.
• Attention to Detail: High focus on print quality and consistency.
• Communication: Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
