A typical month might look like:

• Work closely with contractors to ensure precision and adherence to specifications.
• Some installations require work during off-peak airport hours.
• Report to internal teams and clients, ensuring transparency on project status.
• Assess existing advertising structures to ensure continued quality.
• Track costs, review invoices, and ensure all expenses align with project budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve minor issues or touch-ups.
