Job Title: QA Automation Engineer – Katalon Studio

Location: Kolkata (Work From Office, 5 Days a Week)

About The Role:

Indus Net Technologies is looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Katalon Studio to be a part of our dynamic Agile development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Katalon Studio.
• Perform functional, regression, and API testing for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Identify, record, and track bugs through proper defect management tools.
• Contribute to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage by analyzing system requirements and technical specifications.
• Provide regular testing updates and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.

Required Skills & Experience:

Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with Katalon Studio for test automation.Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.

• Experience in functional testing, API testing, and test case automation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
• Working knowledge of Selenium or other automation frameworks will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
