What’S The Role?

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing projects and programs of medium to high complexity, driving cross-functional collaboration. This role operates with minimal supervision while managing larger teams and may lead multiple projects simultaneously.

The role also involves enforcing program governance, defining and managing project scope, and overseeing dependencies between projects. Responsibilities include overall program management, facilitating estimation and financial management, managing risks and issues, and engaging with stakeholders. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will manage and mentor team members and drive key decisions to ensure successful program outcomes.

Experience with PPM tools such as Clarity or Planview would be highly advantageous for this position.

What do I need?

• 5+ years of experience in project management or a related area, such as business analysis.
• Previous experience implementing a PPM tool, such as Clarity or Planview, is highly preferred.
• Experience managing projects with a value of less than $20 million per annum.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Experience within the financial services sector is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Transformation Delivery Standards (TDS).
• Effective team and stakeholder management skills.
